How to use Qiara Infant Drops

Shake well for ten seconds before each use.

We believe that natural is always best, and Qiara Infant Drops only contain our probiotic isolated from breastmilk, sunflower oil and vitamin E.  The probiotic liquid blend in the  dropper tube should be cloudy from the top to the bottom of the dropper before dosing.

Because Qiara Infant Drops are a natural product without chemical additives, this is what you should expect:

  • Some probiotic particles may lodge in the dropper or residue may appear around the neck of the bottle – this is perfectly normal for a natural product.
  • Regardless of whether you experience any of these occurrences it is important that you always shake the bottle well for 10 seconds before each use to ensure the probiotic has mixed well with the sunflower and vitamin E oils.
  • To expel any probiotic deposit lodged in the dropper, shake first and then squeeze the top of the dropper a few times to expel the deposit.
  • If the liquid in the dropper tube is clear, this means that the bottle needs further shaking

Dispense drops onto a spoon and dose directly to baby, onto your breast before feeding, mix with soft food or even simply add to a bottle or sippy cup.

What makes Qiara probiotics different?

Probiotics originally isolated from breastmilk

Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716 is a probiotic isolated from breastmilk.

  • Breastmilk has a history of safe prolonged intake by newborns and infants;
  • is uniquely adapted to reside both in the human digestive tract and in human breastmilk and to interact with the human baby.

Breastmilk plays a critical role in establishing a healthy microbiome in infant.

Single strain & supported by evidence

It is important to select the right probiotic strain researched for and suited to the needs of you and your family.

Many probiotic companies provide broad spectrum probiotics containing multiple strains in a single dose. However, clinical trials for probiotics are usually conducted with a single strain, and it is unclear how multiple strains in a single dose may interact with or inhibit each other.

Containing a single strain probiotic, Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716, Qiara Infant is an evidence based strain isolated from breastmilk, and its use and expected outcomes are supported by clinical trials.
